Don't procrastinate the homework. It's not hard. Multiple opportunities for extra credit. Professor Welsh is a super dorky but super cool guy.

He works for NASA and really knows his stuff. The class was interesting and he made his lectures entertaining. There were 3 easy homework assignments and 3 tests. The first 2 tests covered the first sections of the class and the third was the cumulative final. Very helpful and responds to emails. Great class. Not too challenging either. He is so knowledgeable and I looked forward to his class every week. May 15th, Textbook: Yes.

Welsh is an extraordinary professor. Is an honor to learn from someone that works for NASA's Kepler mission discovering planets similar to earth. His method of teaching is very clear and dynamic, the subject of the class is very interesting and makes your mind trip about the vastness of the universe.

Study for exams. Dr W offers a ton of extrac. May 1st, His dream is to go Enceladus One of Saturn's moons , have a barbecue, then spend all day in one of its hot springs. This guy is alright. Profesor Welsh is amazing. He is very helpful if you ask. He will explain things until you get it. An example of someone who loves their job.

I had Oroz my first time I took Astronomy and he was horrible, dull and boring. Welsh is the best choice. Aug 24th, I thought this class was going to be fun and easy it is a class after all I was completely wrong.

I've been an A student throughout college until this class. Mar 23rd, Welsh is my ideal professor!
