The FOH staff was great, the wine list showed a great spectrum of wine and was reasonably priced. The 16 oz Dry Aged Sirloin was aged, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides were perfect for steak lovers. Thanks for the Rec Citypeek! Great company and amazing food, what could be better.

The Prime Rib 5. This is a Baltimore Icon, had a great business dinner last night. The food is alway incredible, the wine is top shelf, the service is always impecable. All that said, the flavor could have popped a bit more -- the crab could have been a bit more flavorful, especially compared to other places around Baltimore. Other than that, everything else works amazingly well and won't disappoint. Our recommendation would be to order this as an appetizer if you are itching to try it for yourself.

But don't miss out on the prime rib, which is ridiculously delicious even as leftovers word on the street is that the signature entree weighs in at 22oz! The only disappointment of the night was the asparagus with hollandaise sauce. The asparagus looked old, and the hollandaise sauce was reconstituted and otherwise flavorless. Not really what you would expect from a top steakhouse.

Also, if you can, request Bob as your maitre d'. His whimsical charm and attentiveness to service will be sure to make your evening as magical and wonderful as ours was.

I loved the potatoes tho, great flavor, didn't need salt or pepper like usual! The Brulee had a nice crispy top not hard, just crispy enough that my husband said reminded him of toasted marshmallows.

Under that was a nice light creamy custard. He loved every spoonfull. My pie was amazingly light! I've never had such a wonderful chocolate mousee before, I certainly would have gotten more given the chance! He was prompt with refilling our waters, usually before we ran out. Cons: The location is not the best in our opinions.

The walkway between our table to the one to my right was so small that each time someone walked by, we both had to lean against the wall to avoid being bumped it got to the point I just stayed against the wall. The noise level rivals that of Applebees or T. Fridays on a firday or Saturday nice with a packed bar during football season!

We could hardly hear each other talk at several points through the evening. The price of beverages outside of water was insane. The previous year we went to Red Lobster for my birthday.

We both felt it would have been better to go there instead of The Prime Rib. The food, in our opinions, is still very good at RL. The entire experience was wonderful at both of those. Not worth the money! Not the ambiance we were looking for. The worst part was seating is elbow to elbow with your neighbor. No complaints on the food. The food was good.

I just don't like sitting in my neighbors lap when trying to have a romantic dinner with my girl. Not worth the money, go to Capial Grill. This place was awesome The food was amazing, like top 10 of my whole life amazing.

The service was great, I have nothing to complain about. The atmosphere was romantic and quiet. I had reservations for 5 right when they opened Bread was really warm and fresh. There was no live Saxophone, I thought there would be on Friday night, but other than that, it was just what I was looking for. It's expensive, but well worth it. I'd say if you're thinking about a really special dinner Prime Rib on Chase St in Baltimore?

Good steaks, but our reservation got us sat at A sordid apology from the manager Lazy waiters, weak drinks, but the food was good. If you are just out with friends, service isnt a big issue, and you arent looking to impress, this is a good place for a great dinner with reasonable service.

Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. The Prime Rib entree is the best in town. Love the creamed spinach. And the service is perfect--quiet, efficient, friendly, totally professional.

The live music makes a perfect environment. Fantastic Dining Experience — The atmosphere is like no other. Very traditional feel and very helpful staff. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the Prime Rib bone out and can honestly say it was the best piece of prime rib I have ever had. The creamed vegetables were crisp and delicious as well.

Can't say enough about how enjoyable of an experience this restaurant was. It is more expensive but worth every penny. Attentive waitstaff. The problem is that they just seem to lack restraint in booking reservations. It's unreasonable to have an 8pm reservation and not get seated until pm. Probably the best steakhouse in Baltimore, though I don't know how big of a compliment that is.

Still a great prime rib — and yes, there are plenty of other delicious things to eat there, BUT if you want a great prime rib, think of The Prime Rib first - I have never been let down by the food or staff here.
