Our owner did meetings once a month to stay on top of things and always had a treat as well as awesome holiday parties and bonuses. I went on to to sale making training and left as a shift lead I overall loved my job here.

I opened the Seminole Menchies store with the very first team to ever work there. We were trained by corporate who flew out just to train us. Training went great and first few months was good. At the time the owner was also the manager, a mistake in my opinion. He put on this front like he was going to do everything by the book when corporate was there training us.

As soon as they left he was straight to penny pinching and cutting corners. Just entirely was a mess for lack of better words.
