Not a great place for mid-level to senior people trying to move up in their careers. No career growth at that point and managers frankly don't care about giving new opportunities or coaching you up.

Priorities are all out of whack and they forget that they're actually a creative agency. They hire dozens of account managers for a client and then understaff the design staff. It makes no sense until you realize they turn out so-so work and make all their money from massive media placements they sell to so-so clients. Company talks a lot about mental health and taking care of yourself, but then puts stupid demands on employees. Benefits are pretty trash, especially if you ever have any medical needs beyond regular checkups.
