It makes title fun. During my employment with Title source the culture was influential. We did many activities with team building that helped the teams work better with each other. This was my first production base position so it taught me how competitive the corporate world is.

Pretty darn good The culture and dedication to foster community made each day a thousand times better than I would have though before seeing it for myself. In the past few years however, that culture seemed to be more of a burden than a benefit. Each year they would add something more and more to live up to this "Culture of Excellence" they envisioned.
And from a top-down view each new addition made sense but on the ground level the simple task of just doing my job as described became much harder to do. Each quarter we were required to take part in training that, as time went on, became less and less relevant to my actual job.
As well as take a "Continuous Education" course that felt more like an elective class than something that would allow me to become better at my actual job. And on top of that we had to take part in blind-dates of sorts to meet people from around the company once a month, with no regards to whether or not that person had any impact on your day to day work. I completely understand what the company was trying to accomplish but paired with all of this was a pressure to maintain constant output with increasing standards for quality.
It was all becoming too much and I can easily see why my last 2 years with the company weren't happy ones. And I cannot finish this review without addressing the elephant in the room.
I worked for this company for 6 and a half years. I was in good standing with the company the entire time but I had an unfortunate streak - more Pros Pay, benefits, location, access to all the perks of being a part of the Rock Family of companies. I believe management wants instant results when a change is made. Every other month big process changes are made. Before we are able to fully implement one change, another comes and takes its place. Places blame on the employee. Makes everyone paranoid Communications is not a strong point. No real guidelines The one positive. A good mixture of culture. The job itself isn't hard, but you were not always given the tools needed or training to know what you were doing. You were often thrown into new roles and expected to do as well as someone who has way more experience. The goals are not achievable and the leadership was not trained to handle stressful situations.

Regardless of how it looks walking into the building, it's a fast paced job and it's stressful. You are graded on your work as if you're in elementary and you are looked down upon for your mistakes. Cool place self paced independence is much needed and you have to look for advancements there at the company.
